Looking for a Fulltime/Casual time dental receptionist & assistant to join our team and to also take charge of clinical and administration tasks as required. (3-4 days including Mondays, Wednesdays ,Thursdays and Fridays working at Goldens plains dental services Bannockburn.
Hourly Rate based on experience
Responsibilities and Duties
- High level of work ethic and flexibility with work hours
- High level of organizational skills, computer skills and time management
- Ability to implement and follow guidelines and directions, multi-task and work within a fast paced, team workplace
- Strong attention to detail and to the needs of the dentists
- Preparation and chair side assistance for all dental procedures
- Sterilization procedure and high standards of infection control
- Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills dealing with patients, and team members
- Excellent ability to perform administrative tasks including but not limited to managing appointment book, incoming and outgoing phone calls and inquiries, process accounts and stock orders
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a dental assistant and receptionist
- Proficient in D4W software and HICAPS
- Superior customer service, a highly professional manner and willingness to be trained
- Orthodontic assisting experience is desirable but not essential
