As Centre Manager, you'll take ownership of the performance and growth of the Moore Park location - balancing commercial outcomes, team leadership and operational excellence. You'll lead from the front, driving membership sales, building local partnerships and delivering an exceptional experience for every member.

Key responsibilities

- Own membership sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Generate and convert leads through in-centre activity, local marketing and community engagement
- Build referral partnerships with gyms, sporting clubs, corporates and allied health providers
- Run community initiatives such as open days, workshops and trial sessions that convert into memberships
- Track and optimise sales performance, conversion rates and revenue growth
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Set clear KPIs and provide structured training and support
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling and customer service
- Oversee inventory, supplier relationships, banking and staff rostering
- Build robust relationships with members and respond to enquiries

About you





- Experience managing operations in a health, wellness, fitness or service-based environment
- Proven success in a sales-driven role with accountability for revenue targets or business growth
- Demonstrated ability to drive membership or subscription-based sales
- Experience running local marketing or community initiatives is highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial mindset with the ability to turn strategy into results
- Ability to generate, track and convert leads using structured sales processes
