A major transport infrastructure project (valued at
more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland,
with complex greenfield delivery requiring integrated schedule
management across design, procurement, civil, station, systems and
commissioning disciplines. The head contractor is seeking a Lead
Planner to own schedule development, management and reporting for
the greenfield delivery scope. You'll integrate multi-discipline
schedules, manage critical-path analysis and support progress
measurement and change control with advanced Primavera P6 expertise
and strategic planning capability. Indigenous Business Growth (IBG)

Supply Nation, specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure,
construction and major project recruitment. We partner closely with
contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations
to place high quality technical professionals. Our approach is
relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical
industry experience and a transparent understanding of how complex
projects are delivered. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain
integrated project schedule in Primavera P6 Integrate design,
procurement, civil, station, systems and commissioning activities




Perform critical-path analysis and identify schedule risks and
opportunities Support schedule-related aspects of change control
and variation assessment Produce schedule reports and progress
tracking information for leadership Facilitate planning workshops
with senior delivery personnel Monitor schedule performance and
forecast project completion Support resource planning and levelling
activities Coordinate with procurement, design and construction
teams on scheduling Maintain schedule documentation and audit trail
What We're Looking For Degree or diploma in engineering,
construction management, project controls or related discipline 10+
years' planning experience on infrastructure or complex
construction programs At least one program of $100m+ in value
Advanced Primavera P6 expertise (must be named on CV) Critical-path
analysis and schedule management experience Integration of
multi-discipline schedules across design, procurement and
construction 2+ years' average tenure per employer with at least
one planning role held for 3+ years Experience leading planning
workshops with senior delivery personnel Progress measurement and
earned value analysis capability Strong communication and
problem-solving skills
