The ICT Support Officer provides frontline ICT support services to ACIAR staff in Australia and overseas. The role responds to helpdesk requests, resolves routine ICT issues, maintains service records and supports deployment and management of ICT equipment.

Working within the Business Systems Unit, the position contributes to reliable, customer-focused ICT services while supporting ICT projects and operational activities.
