About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care in a specialist paediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children in a supportive, caring and qualified environment.
Key responsibilities
- Chairside assisting across a variety of paediatric dental procedures in our rooms, and hospital based general anaesthetics
- Infection prevention and sterilisation in accordance with current guidelines
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Assisting with patient flow and supporting our clinicians throughout the day
- Contributing positively to our close-knit team and provide an exceptional patient experience
About you
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (essential)
- Have previous experience as a dental assistant
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, caring and compassionate nature with children and families
- Be reliable, organised and able to work efficiently
- Be proactive, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Take pride in personal presentation
- Relaxed though supportive and welcoming team culture where your contribution is genuinely valued
