Australian Venue Co. in Sydney's Barangaroo precinct is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the leadership team at UNTIED. You will help manage busy services, lead from the floor, and drive guest experiences in a high-volume bar and venue.

The role involves coaching staff, rostering, stock and cost controls, and ensuring RSA, WHS, and venue standards are upheld while taking ownership in the Venue Manager’s absence.
