At Consilo, we design and build healthcare spaces across East Coast of Australia.
We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketing skilled who can help build our brand through content, storytelling, social media and AI.
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
We don't need someone to just organise events, chase suppliers or simply coordinate marketing activities.
We want someone who creates.
Someone who can walk through a finished project, capture great photos and videos, turn them into engaging content, grow our audience, and help generate opportunities for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating video, photo and written content
- Managing Consilo's organic social media channels
- Showcasing projects,
clients and team stories
- Creating case studies and marketing collateral
- Using AI tools to improve content and creativity
- Maintaining Consilo's brand standards and style guide
- Working alongside external specialists who manage paid advertising
About You
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Strong with social media, video and photography
- Comfortable using AI and modern marketing tools
- A self-starter who executes, not just plans
- Passionate about building brands and driving growth
