Ford Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Dealer Capability & Training to lead the broad capability strategy for an international markets group. You will design a contemporary curriculum, align dealer workflows to Ford standards, and drive measurable improvements in dealer performance across 100+ markets with a regional team in India and a network of consultants.
You will report to the Dealer Engagement & Experience Director from our Richmond, Victoria base, with a 4-day in-office hybrid setup.
