Cinematx Studios is a Melbourne based Real Estate property marketing company offering its services across Metro Melbourne (Inner East to Outer East, South East, Bayside).
We are one of Melbourne's leading real estate media companies and due to expansion, are looking for an elite photography & videographer to join the growing team. We have options for full time, part time and contract available.
Cinematx Studios are on the hunt for an experienced real estate photographer/video/floor plan artist. Work will involve varying start times depending on the season as we work around the sunset. Dusk shooting is an significant element of our photography and is required for the position to be successful.
What you need to supply for your application?
To be considered for the role you must have experience in these areas:
- Photography & Video - provide a link to at least 3-5 examples of real estate imagery
- Floor plans - provide a link to at least 3-5 examples of house drawing plans (hand drawn or drawn on ipad/tablet if possible)
- Writing property notes for ad copies
- Drone Photography
Equipment minimum requirements for contract position (equipment supplied for full or part time):
- Sturdy tripod with geared head for extreme accuracy
- Floor plan measuring equipment (laser measurer, graph paper or tablet)
- External flash
- Laptop and good internet for uploading files
- Drone
