The role:
- Manage the day-to-day store operations and ensure key KPI's are achieved
- Provide effective leadership fostering a positive and high-performance culture
- Lead a safe work culture by promoting and maintaining safe work practices that lead to an accident and injury free working environment.
- Lead and motivate the team, provide training, coaching, and performance mentoring
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous proven experience in a similar role
- You will need to demonstrate resilience under pressure, handle frustration effectively and maintain strong self-discipline.
- Exceptional time management skills while prioritising customer experience
- Effective leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
