This is a hands-on 360 GP Recruitment role with real ownership of your desk.

Our client is an established specialised GP recruitment agency looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Team (Melbourne or Sydney)!

You’ll be stepping into an existing network of employer relationships and candidate relationships built and strengthened over the years, with room to run hard and make it your own. We are seeking someone with prior GP Permanent Recruitment experience, who can hit the ground running and start converting from week one.

You will:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for General Practitioner recruitment - permanent placements throughout Victoria
- Build and grow relationships with employer clients across Primary Healthcare in Metro and Rural Australia
- Source, screen and manage an already strong pipeline of quality candidates
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through to completion




- Contribute ideas on business development, candidate attraction and market growth
- Help shape how the desk grows over the next 12 months and beyond

You will not be expected to arrive with every answer. We are looking for someone who can understand the market, has knowledge of the nuances of primary healthcare, dedicated to partnering with clients and building ongoing relationships with candidates.

About you:

- Must have prior experience recruiting General Practitioners
- Be motivated by uncapped earning potential and comfortable owning a target
- Enjoy building relationships and are confident picking up the phone
- Organised, resilient and genuinely enjoys finding solutions the match for candidates and clients
- Can work confidently and directly with a Director, without needing layers of sign-off

Salary and commission

Base salary depending on your experience, plus an uncapped commission structure with fast, genuine upside. Someone with existing GP recruitment experience should expect to be billing and earning quickly.
