Fundraising Institute Australasia (FIA) is seeking an experienced Member Services Officer to join our friendly, purpose-led team in NSW. This hands-on role combines member service with CRM, data and digital responsibilities, serving as a key contact for members while ensuring our data, systems and processes behind their experience run smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years in a customer-facing role, solid CRM and data management skills (Salesforce), and excellent attention to detail.
