Casual Retail Assistant for Luxury Popup - Pacific Fair

The Opportunity

While typically an online retailer, Luxe.It.Fwd has expanded offline, and is now operating a Luxury Concierge kiosk in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in the Gold Coast.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Casual Retail Assistant with outstanding availability to end of October, with the possibility to extend beyond this dependent on if the kiosk extends. Must be available for immediate start.

The role will involve:

- promoting our services to customers and assisting them with information to sell their luxury pre-loved items through our online store;
- handling customer item drop offs for packing and shipping to Head Office
- supporting customers with on the spot quoting appointments in co-ordination with the Head Office quoting team




- working with Head Office remotely on tasks such as website listings and administrative tasks; and
- otherwise taking responsibility for the popup including opening and closing and maintenance of the site (this is not a managerial position however the role entails day-to-day taking responsibility for all on-the-ground aspects of the popup site).

A general knowledge of luxury handbags/brands broadly would be preferred but is not essential for the right candidates.

Hours and Pay

The exact hours per week will depend on the applicant's availability in conjunction with our existing rostering - therefore in your application please clearly state what days and hours you are available to work.

This role is paid in accordance with the applicable award rates.
