In a nutshell..

As a Recent Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll take the lead in guiding clients through the entire home-building journey, from initial enquiry through to contract signing. You’ll craft tailored sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and represent the brand with professionalism and confidence.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed contract
- Create and execute effective sales plans independently
- Build rapport with prospective clients and nurture long-term relationships
- Educate and support clients through the custom homebuilding process
- Represent the company with exceptional presentation and communication

What We’re Looking For

- Must have New Homes experience working directly for a builder
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-starter with strong initiative and drive
- Excellent lead generation, qualification, and follow-up skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal presence
- Solid knowledge of residential construction processes and terminology
