Sharp & Carter is representing an established Australian food manufacturer in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The role oversees the day-to-day performance of the afternoon shift, ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with GMP requirements.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be highly visible on the floor, lead a team, coordinate labour, and maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production targets.
