Reporting to our Reservations Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for guests at our collection of luxury hotels and retreats. You will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with enquiries, generating revenue and contributing to the overall success of our exclusive portfolio.

The role and key duties;

Provide personalised service by assisting guests with reservations, enquiries, special requests, and information about our properties and amenities promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication platforms.

Build rapport with guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring recommendations.

Collaborate with Front Office, Activities, Spa,



and other operational teams to ensure the seamless delivery of guest services.

Upsell and promote premium room categories, spa experiences, dining offerings, and other services to enhance the guest experience.

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and reservations.

Utilise reservation systems and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Work collaboratively with the reservations team to drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of each hotel within our curated luxury portfolio, showcasing the unique character and charm of every property.

Maintain accurate guest and reservation records within the property management and reservation systems.

Essential criteria required to be considered;

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, reservations, guest services, or guest relations roles.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with discerning clientele.

Strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, coupled with genuine enthusiasm for the luxury hospitality industry.

The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.

Proficiency in reservation management systems and software. Experience with Opera or Mews will be highly regarded.
