Bupa Ballina is seeking a highly experienced Quality and Education Manager to lead clinical governance and improve care standards in Ballina, NSW. You will oversee documentation, audits, PCI and NQIP data, and coach the home leadership team to deliver person-centred care.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA registration; a postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and TAE would be desirable. Full-time role with solid support and development opportunities.
