St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland is hiring a Crisis Support Worker in Toowoomba to provide end-to-end support for clients accessing the Homelessness Support Service.

You will conduct intake, assessments, referrals, advocacy, and case management to assist individuals at risk of homelessness; work within a cooperative service model with stakeholders and aim to connect clients with housing and community supports.
