Jobwire is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator with a current Forklift Licence to join our team. 80% Admin 20% forklift operation.
Keysborough location with a move to Officer early 2027
About the Role
- Coordinating and processing incoming and outgoing goods
- Using SAP to process warehouse transactions, maintain inventory records and manage stock movements
- Using MyFreight to book and coordinate deliveries and freight
- Organising transport and liaising with freight companies and drivers
- Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Preparing and processing delivery, dispatch and freight documentation
- Operating a forklift to load, unload and move materials safely – only when required – this is not a forklift role
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting with stocktake and inventory control
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
About You
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) Counterbalance
- Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics or a similar role
- Experience using MyFreight or similar freight booking systems would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
