The CTO will also be at the forefront of the company's AI initiatives, ensuring that the engineering team is equipped to handle the technical and cultural changes that come with it. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a proven track record in a top technical role,



with experience in leading an engineering and product group of 50 to 200 people. The ideal candidate will be technically current, have a strong background in AI, and be adept at building and nurturing a high-performing engineering team. While an energy background is not mandatory, a genuine curiosity about the market is essential. The role requires a leader who can make strategic decisions, manage technology spend, and ensure information security and compliance. The CTO will also be expected to represent the company's technology to various stakeholders, including the board, investors, and regulators.
