We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial facilities throughout the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations.
- Service and maintain HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and controls.
- Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
- Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.
- Maintain a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every service call.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and industrial HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, preventative maintenance programs, and equipment reliability practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
