Cumming Technologies Pty Ltd, a boutique analytics firm in Australia, seeks a Head of Modelling/Chief Modeller to lead a three-person team while remaining an active contributor to modelling work. You will shepherd end-to-end ML/statistical pipelines from data cleansing to live deployment, ensuring quality and long-term technical direction.

The role requires PhD or substantial applied modelling depth, mentoring ability, and hands-on coding in Python/R/MATLAB.
