Be part of the MAX Solutions RTO team, where we encourage, support and empower our students from all walks of life to succeed on their learning journey and beyond!
You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of an Introduction to Hospitality course for people looking to join the industry. This will include teaching students to make coffee and how to clean a room efficiently!

About you
- Willingness to travel to other sites within the Cairns region
- An inclusive and supportive approach to people
- Be driven, supportive and community minded person
- Able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
- Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
- Ability to identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
VET
- Appropriate Industry qualification such as Certificate II in Hospitality or higher with completed unitsSITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee and SITHACS003 Prepare rooms for guests
- Relevant qualifications and industry currency within the last 12 months
- Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including TAELLN411 or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502A or 502B
