Base salary will be in the range $85,451 - $94,983 + 17% super (HEW Level 5). Based at Mater Misericordiae Hospitals & QCH South Brisbane

Play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of medical professionals! As part of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program, you will join a collaborative and purpose-driven team that supports the delivery of high-quality clinical education across all years of the program. Working closely with academic leaders, clinicians, tutors and professional staff, you will help coordinate teaching, placements and assessments that underpin an exceptional student experience. Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and administering clinical teaching activities, timetabling and educational resources across a range of medical disciplines to ensure the seamless delivery of the MD Program.
- Supporting students, clinicians and tutors through the provision of high-quality advice, orientation activities and administrative services that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of examinations and assessments, including Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs), while maintaining accurate and compliant student records.
- Collaborating with academic, clinical and professional teams to facilitate placements,



research opportunities and operational support that contribute to an outstanding educational experience.

About You

You are a highly organised and service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. With a passion for education and exceptional stakeholder service, you bring strong administrative expertise, initiative and a collaborative approach. You enjoy building positive relationships and delivering seamless support that helps students, clinicians and educators succeed.

You will also have:

- A degree, advanced diploma, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training in administration, education, health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and client-focused support within a complex organisational environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, clinicians, academics and professional staff.
- Proven ability to interpret, apply and work within established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Sound problem-solving skills, initiative and judgement, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing effective solutions.
