About the role.

As the Restaurant Manager you will enjoy being the face of the restaurant, leading your team by example. You will be supported by the Assistant Managers and the senior operations team to ensure a great customer experience. The restaurant possesses a solid following throughout their other venues therefore the expectations of service and professionalism are high within a coastal vibe. This is an operational role where you will be on the floor ensuring the highest of standards

Skills & Experience.

We are ideally looking for a confident and professional manager with experience leading high trading restaurants. We are looking for a manager who leads their team by example in a positive manner and someone who thrives an executing great customer service. Ideally you will have 1 to 3 years restaurant management experience.
You may have a background in quality cafes or brasserie style operations or be an experienced Assistant Manager looking for your next opportunity
