The Chance

Our Traineeship Program provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience, receive ongoing support and mentoring, and complete a nationally recognised qualification that can open doors to a range of exciting career pathways.

We are offering our Traineeship Program in the following Offices:

Brisbane (12-month program) Commencing February 2027

Melbourne (14-month program) Commencing February 2027

Fremantle (14-month program) Commencing February 2027

What You will Gain

Who We Are Looking For, Ideal Candidates will:

Have completed Year 11 or 12 between 2024-2026.

Have Australian work rights and availability to work full time in an office environment.

Be able to travel to different locations as needed.

Be comfortable completing a basic language literacy and numeracy assessment.

Have strong communication and organisational skills.

Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Full-time salary throughout the 12 – 14-month Traineeship.

Opportunities to travel and collaborate with teams in MSC offices across Australia.

Certificate III fully paid for by MSC with study time allowance during work hours.

Potential for ongoing employment post the Traineeship.
