Carers Queensland North Lakes is seeking a Local Area Coordinator to connect participants with the NDIS and to strengthen community capacity in the North Lakes region. This front-line role focuses on empowering people with disabilities, their families and carers, delivering the NDIS LAC PITC program with a person-centred approach.

The successful candidate will build relationships across government, industry and community to achieve positive outcomes for clients, the program and the organisation.
