Liberty Industrial is Australia's leading specialist in demolition, decommissioning and remediation, delivering complex projects across the mining, oil & gas, power generation and heavy industrial sectors.

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and deliver a major industrial demolition projects across Australia. This is a site-based FIFO position, working on a 2 weeks-on, 2 weeks-off arrangement. If you enjoy leading complex projects, working with Tier 1 clients and managing multidisciplinary teams in challenging industrial environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safe, commercial and successful delivery of the project from planning through to completion.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading all aspects of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and contractual performance.
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, construction and site operations.
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Driving Liberty Industrial's Zero Harm culture and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Managing procurement, subcontractors, project risks and resource planning.
- Monitoring project performance and reporting to senior leadership.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.

About You





We're looking for an experienced project leader who combines robust commercial acumen with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience delivering complex industrial, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience within demolition, mining, oil & gas, power generation, heavy construction, shutdowns or brownfield environments preferred.
- Strong commercial and contractual management capability.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience with Primavera P6 desirable.
