The role sits at Level 7 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Industry Award 2010

About the Role

The Senior Manager Social Impact is responsible for ensuring programs achieve positive client outcomes, contractual compliance, and measurable social impact, while supporting organisational growth through key partnerships and enhancing Coast2Bay's brand awareness and reputation in the community.

This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight in the delivery of housing and homelessness programs, organisational compliance and reporting requirements, community engagement and partnering initiatives, and marketing and communications functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's social impact strategy.




- Drive innovative approaches to the delivery of housing programs, harnessing opportunities for strategic partnerships and service expansion.
- Ensure program delivery aligns with relevant legislation, achieves positive regulatory outcomes, and meets contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
- Identify emerging trends, policy reforms, and sector developments to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Enhance brand awareness and lead the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies, highlighting organisational impact, client stories, and service outcomes.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with government, community organisations and industry.

Skills & Experience Required

- Excellent communication skills, engagement strategies and delivery of advocacy.
- Previous experience in social impact measurement and outcomes reporting.
- Previous experience in developing and executing programs.
- Ability to foster and develop highly effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a community housing/public housing or community services is desirable.
