We're growing. After establishing ourselves as one of Australia's most trusted names in luxury tailoring, we're expanding our Melbourne team and looking for an exceptional Luxury Style Consultant to join our South Yarra boutique.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Styling and designing bespoke outfits for a discerning, diverse clientele.
- Taking measurements and building detailed fit profiles.
- Guiding clients through a curated library of more than 5,000 fabrics from the world's most prestigious mills.
- Managing and nurturing client relationships through our CRM.
- Hitting (and beating) individual and team sales targets.
- Supporting the smooth daily running of the showroom.
- Creating the kind of experience that turns first-time clients into lifelong ones.
About You
You bring previous sales experience — ideally in luxury, fashion, or menswear, though tailoring knowledge is a robust bonus. You have a genuine passion for client service at the highest level, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the kind of drive that makes targets feel like the floor, not the ceiling. You're confident on the phone, organised, and have a real interest in personal styling and design.
Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or menswear retail is highly valued for this position.
