Are you a Property Lawyer looking to step into a role where you'll enjoy quality work, meaningful client relationships and genuine career progression?

An outstanding new chance has arisen to join an expanding property practice group within a well-known boutique law firm. The team is seeking an Associate level Lawyer (3-5 years' PAE) to become a trusted adviser to an established client base while developing your own profile within a collaborative and supportive team.

The Opportunity: Working closely with the firm's Property Principal, you'll advise a sophisticated mix of clients including large property developers, diversified financial services businesses,



private lenders and high-net-worth individuals.You'll enjoy exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property and Development matters while taking an active role in managing long-standing client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice.

About You:

- Approximately 3-5 years' PAE across Commercial Property
- Well developed technical and drafting skills
- Confidence managing client relationships and running matters
