St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney is seeking a Senior Aboriginal Health Worker to provide holistic social, emotional and advocacy support to First Nations patients and families, and to conduct culturally secure assessments guiding healthcare decisions.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in family conferences, coordinate discharge planning, and build partnerships with local Aboriginal providers while acting as a cultural resource for staff.
