Fiveight is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for Cooee, our premium Swan River venue. You'll lead the restaurant and head chef teams, drive financial performance, and cultivate a high‐performance culture to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a waterfront setting.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage front and back‐of‐house operations, budgets, labour, and compliance while expanding revenue through events and partnerships. WA license and Australian work rights required.
