- Scope of the Role As the AIC / E&I; Site Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate crucial on-site activities for complex automation, instrumentation, and control packages. Your primary focus will be ensuring maximum safety, stringent quality compliance, and timely delivery, with a particular emphasis on managing operations during an upcoming, critical 3-month shutdown window.
- Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Provide direct supervision to field technicians and electrical subcontractors. Safety Enforcement: Maintain and enforce strict safety protocols before and during critical shutdown operations. Technical Oversight: Oversee loop testing, control panel installations, and complex commissioning activities. Quality Assurance: Ensure all site execution strictly complies with project specifications and industry standards. 4. Qualifications & Requirements Background: An electrical trade background or a formal instrumentation qualification is essential. Experience: Proven track record as a site supervisor, or a highly experienced lead technician successfully transitioning into management. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in supervising complex E&I; (Electrical & Instrumentation) packages. Resilience: Proven ability to effectively manage teams and maintain performance under high-pressure shutdown conditions.
