Blackmores Group in Australia is seeking a Product Quality Complaints Manager to elevate our PQC function across ANZ, SEAK and Greater China on an 18-month parental leave cover.

You will lead a small team, transform complaints handling from investigation to root cause, CAPA and trending, and partner with Quality, Regulatory, Medical, Operations and Product Development to deliver measurable improvement.
