Columbia Aged Care seeks a Quality Compliance Lead to elevate clinical governance across Recent South Wales. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, mentor staff, and partner with operations to drive safety and care quality across multiple facilities.

The role requires an active AHPRA RN with 3+ years in quality and governance within NSW aged care, strong regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel regularly for site visits and audits.
