We are seeking motivated and reliable Cleaners to join our team across full-time and casual positions based in the southern suburbs of the Gold Coast.
The full-time position follows a set night shift roster of Friday to Tuesday, 0000–0736, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet, overnight retail environment.
We are also seeking casual cleaners who are available to work across a range of shifts as required. These positions provide flexibility while supporting the ongoing cleaning requirements of the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise food courts and seating areas
- Detail and maintain amenities
- Maintain car parks, entrances,
and public areas
- Clean escalators, office spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Perform touchpoint cleaning on high-contact surfaces
- Report maintenance or safety hazards to management
- Follow cleaning schedules, policies, and safety standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail or commercial cleaning
- Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
- Valid QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- For the full-time position, ability to work the fixed overnight roster
- For casual positions, flexibility to work shifts as required
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
