About the roles – Graduate Nurse/Midwife Program, 1 year, 64 hours Per Fortnight:

We are seeking enthusiastic and eligible Registered Graduate Nurse/Midwives to participate in our 2027 Graduate Program.

Part time 0.8 EFT (64 hours per fortnight) across a rotating roster





Pay rate as per the Nursing and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2024 – 2028

Provide graduates with the clinical practice to develop and refine knowledge and skills

Further develop critical thinking skills

Refine time management and organisational strategies

Expand on communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Encourage ongoing personal and professional development

Requirements of the position:

Has not been successful in gaining a graduate program 2026

Registered as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)

Ability to fulfil rotating roster requirements. Working across all shifts Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays

Evidence of immunisations

Valid Police Check

Valid Working with Children check

NDIS screening check (area specific)

Evidence of a valid Visa allowing full working rights with no restrictions (if not an Australian citizen or permanent resident)
