Built is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to lead commercial packages on major data centre builds in Marsden Park. You’ll own contracts, cost and risk, working with project leaders to influence delivery and cost outcomes.
You’ll manage procurement, measurements, valuations, variations and final accounts, drive forecasting and financial reporting, and administer contractual notices and claims across the project lifecycle.
