About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, proactive and highly organised Workplace Experience Administrator to join our Sydney-based CEO Office.

As a first point of contact for our Sydney office, you will help create a warm, professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors and partners from the moment they arrive. This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on reception, front-of-house and day-to-day office support. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, coordinating meeting rooms, assisting with catering and office requests, managing deliveries, and helping to ensure our reception and shared spaces are always presented to a high standard.





You will also assist with general office administration, liaise with suppliers and service providers, and provide practical support to the team throughout the day. From preparing meeting rooms and welcoming guests to assisting with employee requests and ensuring shared spaces are well stocked and ready to use, you will play an important part in creating a smooth and positive office experience. You will also provide assistance our Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth offices with administrative and office-related requests as needed.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and providing great service. You will be approachable, attentive and comfortable being a welcoming presence in a professional office environment. You will enjoy variety, notice the small details and be happy to help with whatever needs doing throughout the day. Priorities can change in a busy office, so a positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to get involved will be important. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in reception, administration and corporate office support.

As this role is central to the daily experience of our Sydney office, it is based onsite five days a week.

- Experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality, customer service or a similar service-focused role
- A warm, friendly and professional manner, with confidence welcoming and assisting employees, visitors and partners
- A genuine enjoyment of helping others and creating a positive experience
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of day-to-day requests and tasks
- Clear, confident and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a polished and welcoming office environment
- A reliable, practical and hands-on approach, with a willingness to help wherever needed
- The ability to remain calm and adaptable when priorities or plans change
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new systems and workplace technology
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing your skills in a professional corporate environment
