JD Sports is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join the team across Tuesday to Saturday shifts. You will lead your department, drive sales and KPI performance while coaching staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain visual standards. Work with the Management Team to optimise stock availability and store profitability.
You will mentor current staff, manage time effectively and foster a positive, engaging environment for both customers and team members in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.
