True Grit Landscaping is seeking an experienced and reliable HC Truck & Dog Operator to join our team, based from Meringandan West.
The role involves operating a late-model truck and quad-axle dog trailer for civil construction, quarry and material haulage throughout Toowoomba and surrounding regions.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate a truck and quad dog
- Complete daily pre-starts and report any defects
- Complete weighbridge dockets, delivery paperwork and work diary entries
- Comply with fatigue, mass, loading and site safety requirements
- Keep the truck clean and well maintained
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors and site personnel
Requirements
- Current HC licence
- Previous truck and dog experience
- Construction White Card
- Valuable driving history
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Takes pride in looking after equipment
- Consistent hours and modern equipment are available for the right operator. Pay will be based on experience.
