We operate from two great locations - with offices in Brisbane City and on the Mooloolaba Esplanade, Sunshine Coast. Ideally the successful applicant will be based in our Brisbane office.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the other lawyers in the Property & Development team, you will have exposure to a wide range of commercial matters, including:

- Property development for a mixture of listed and private companies, investors, owners and landlords;




- All stages of commercial and residential property transactions as well as engaging and complex matters across acquisition and sales, disposals, finance, and joint ventures.

The Candidate

The ability to run files with guidance from other lawyers;

- A genuine interest in property and development law;
- A proactive approach to work;
- Attention to detail, highly organised and excellent file management skills.

Criteria

Ideally you will have:

- A can-do, proactive attitude and the confidence to try your hand at new areas of law;
- The initiative and desire to take ownership of files and clients.
