RSL Queensland is seeking a Housing Support Practitioner to help veterans and their families secure safe, reliable housing and navigate housing systems. You will manage a caseload of up to 20 clients and work with housing providers to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Using a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approach, you’ll identify goals, develop practical pathways, assist with rental applications and tenancy support, and advocate for access to specialist services.
