AB's Honey is seeking an Onsite Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations on-site, leading people, sales, suppliers and admin. You will be the in office leader when the MD is away, making calls and solving problems to keep the business moving.

The role focuses on ecommerce/wholesale operations, rostering, and driving outbound sales while maintaining supply chain flow with beekeepers and suppliers. Independence and strong organisational skills are essential.
