Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of end-to-end commercial property claims
- Assess coverage, liability, quantum, and claim strategy




- Investigate claims and review supporting documentation
- Establish and manage claim reserves
- Liaise with brokers, customers, loss adjusters, and service providers
- Negotiate fair and commercially sound claim settlements
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

- 2 – 5 years’ experience managing end-to-end commercial property claims
- Exposure to commercial property, ISR, strata, or first-party property claims highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Naturally curious with strong problem-solving abilities
- Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- A collaborative team player looking to build a long-term career in insurance
