About the role
The Finishes Foreman will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site.
- Implementing quality assurance (QA) and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Collaborating with subcontractors to address any WHS, quality, or constructability challenges.
- Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Communicating with the team to meet budgetary and scheduling requirements in accordance with the project program.
About you
- 5 years of experience multi-level residential/commercial projects
- Carpentry trade qualification (preferred)
- Previous experience as a site supervisor or foreman
- Strong leadership, organisation, and work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret plans and effectively manage site activities
