Willow Recruitment partners with a leading Tier 1 commercial construction group to deliver diverse projects up to $250m. The role covers end-to-end delivery, procurement, contract management and financial oversight under the Construction Director and Senior Project Manager.

You will prepare subcontractor packages, manage variations and EOTs, track budgets and forecasts, and support RFI processes with subcontractors.
