About Us & Our Opportunity

At Live Right Health Group, we believe Occupational Therapy should be varied, intellectually stimulating and built around the clinician's interests.

Rather than working within a single service area, our Occupational Therapists have the opportunity to develop across three highly rewarding areas of practice, with the balance tailored to your experience, confidence and career goals.

Your role may include a combination of:

Community Occupational Therapy

Rehabilitation Consulting & Return to Work

Medicolegal Occupational Therapy & Functional Assessments

Whether you're a new graduate looking to build broad clinical experience or an experienced Occupational Therapist wanting to diversify your career, we'll work with you to create a caseload that reflects your interests while providing structured support to develop new areas of practice over time.

One week may involve assisting an NDIS participant to remain independent at home.

The next could include completing a workplace functional assessment and developing suitable duties for an injured worker.

Another day may see you undertaking a comprehensive Functional Capacity Evaluation or preparing a medicolegal report that contributes to court proceedings or insurance decision-making.

Very few Occupational Therapy roles provide this level of clinical diversity.

Live Right Health Group is a progressive multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation delivering services throughout Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

Our team works across community rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, medicolegal services and complex disability,

providing clinicians with opportunities rarely available within a single organisation.

Our culture and team dynamic genuinely set us apart.

We believe the best client outcomes occur when clinicians enjoy coming to work, feel supported by their team and are encouraged to build careers around the clinical areas they enjoy most.

We follow our Team Rules:

Staff come first.

Therapists develop in areas they choose.

Burnout prevention is a priority.

Being part of a team means genuinely feeling part of the team.

These principles don't just create a great workplace—they produce exceptional therapists.

Qualifications & Experience

We welcome applications from new graduates through to experienced Occupational Therapists.

Our structured 2026 New Graduate Program provides mentoring and progressive exposure across all three practice areas.

A Team That Invests in You

Weekly clinical education

Structured mentoring

Internal case conferences

Occupational rehabilitation mentoring

Assistive Technology mentoring

Complex case discussions

Clinical reasoning workshops

Open-door support from senior clinicians

As your confidence develops, so can your caseload.

Many of our clinicians gradually increase their involvement in Rehabilitation Consulting, Medicolegal Assessments and complex clinical work as their interests evolve.

Why Live Right Health Group?

We recognise that careers evolve. Some Occupational Therapists love community practice. Others enjoy workplace rehabilitation.

Some thrive analysing complex functional capacity and preparing medicolegal opinions.

At Live Right Health Group, you don't need to choose just one.

We've intentionally created a role that allows Occupational Therapists to build careers across multiple specialised practice areas while receiving the mentoring, support and clinical governance needed to become highly skilled clinicians.

It's an opportunity to continually challenge yourself, develop advanced skills and create a career that remains interesting for years to come.

Whether your long-term goal is becoming an expert community clinician, Rehabilitation Consultant or Medicolegal Assessor, we'll help you build the pathway to get there.
