Supply Chain Analyst – Offline & Online Event Operations

About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage inventory accuracy and supply chain operations across our offline pop-up retail events and online warehouse fulfilment. You'll work closely with brand partners, 3PL warehouse teams and our e-commerce team to keep stock data accurate from pre-event preparation through to post-event reconciliation, including regular travel to our Western Sydney warehouse (occasional Melbourne travel).

Key Responsibilities

- Review historical sales and inventory data to prepare accurate stock lists and quota rules in Shopify and internal systems while identifying patterns affecting stock allocation across events.
- Analyse incoming stock against delivery documentation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes for assigned events,



including identifying recurring operational issues and reporting findings to brand partners,
- Test and support Shopify POS and inventory systems by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements before and during live sales.
- Supervise inbound processes at 3PL warehouses and liaise between warehouse and e-commerce teams to identify stock issues and opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Analyse stock movements, fulfilment errors and operational data to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics or operations analysis
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Shopify or POS/inventory systems an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Able to travel to warehouse sites as required
